The larger of our two apartments contains three bedrooms (two queen beds, one twin bunk bed), an eat-in kitchen, a freshly-renovated bathroom with small tub and shower, a spacious living/dining area and an office. The living area contains an L-shaped couch, additional seating, a large dining table and a TV equipped with Roku/WiFi where guests may use their own streaming accounts. This unit includes a laundry room and all reservations include use of a shared yard with a grill and picnic tables.
The adjacent apartment may be rented separately to create one large space with two additional bedrooms, an additional bathroom, and an additional kitchen / living space. This separate listing can be found within our profile.
Notes: during the summer, we equip the bedrooms and living room with AC units. Bunk beds in this unit are intended for children.
